About Veronika Reeves Veronika is a Reiki Master, trained in Sacred Plant Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism at the School of The Sacred Wild in California. She integrates wild weeds and herbs into her Reiki practice, meditation gatherings, and holistic health approach. She lives on a farm in East Sussex with her husband, two dogs, and a collection of chickens. Veronika also runs Nettle Garden, a small business offering a space for learning and healing through Reiki, herbal remedies, and workshops. Fill the jar with cold water, seal with a lid, shake, and let it sit overnight. Strain before the webinar. 🔹 If Using Dried Nettle: Use a small handful in cold water; the infusion will turn a deeper green. 🍵 We will drink the infusion together during the webinar.
