We now Welcome Community Associates

What is a Community Associate?

Community Associate is a new subscription initiative from the Reiki Association welcoming practitioners who have trained on-line and would like to connect with our community. It offers a way to keep in touch, to receive our newsletters, to access our digital library of the community Reiki magazine Touch. Subscribers can also access our distant healing care service, and the Reiki connections phone line for advice and support among many other benefits that our members enjoy, including on-line events.

If you would like to get more involved with the services we offer, please contact our council of elected directors on council@reikiassociation.org.uk.

The Reiki Association is a founder member of the Reiki Council, https://www.reikicouncil.org.uk/member-organisation-traditional-reiki-courses/ a forum of membership organisations, who meet on a regular basis to review the protocols for verification for professional practitioners in line with the CNHC Core Curriculum , a government accredited register for complementary health practitioners and the NOS (national occupational standards) for Reiki often required in clinical and public settings.

Supported by our Reiki Community

This does not take away from the fact that practitioners & teachers who have trained on-line may feel called to make Reiki available to a wider audience. We feel that we can all learn from and support each other as a community in our work and spiritual practice.

Should any of our Associates wish to learn Reiki at Level One (First degree) or Level Two (Second degree) and be attuned in person, for their continual professional development (CPD) we can, not only help them find masters/teachers in their area, if they choose to go down the verification route but we can also offer CPD certificates for attending any of our on-line events. If further in-person training is certified and directly related to your work, it is also tax deductible.
Balens.co.uk offer competitive discounted insurance to all second-degree students, in our community.

Verification is a choice Reiki practitioners have, if invited to do voluntary work at a hospice or wellness centre. Pre-requisites are listed on the individual verification page.

Some of our masters/teachers also offer CNHC recognised professional practitioner training which includes face to face training at first and second degree.
